You should contact us on the day when you submitted your order. In the characteristics of business and processing procedures, It is unable to change or cancel an order once being in processed.
To provide service quick and best with the lowest price, most processes are automated. So once your order transferred to the printer, it can not be changed. We apologize for any inconvenience. We would do our best to provide you the most valuable service.

What is your turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time is from the ordering to the receiving takes only 5business days including 1 shipping day in offset printing and 2 business days including 1day shipping for digital printing. Every product, which is printed on a specific day, could have a different turnaround time.

Turnaround does not begin until acceptable artwork has been provided. Please note that if we are unable to print your files because they do not meet our file requirements, your order status will be put "Need revised artwork" and your turnaround time will be reset.

Business days are Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are not calculated into the turnaround time.

Why zip a file?
Zipping a file creates a compressed version of the file that is considerably smaller than the original file. Some graphic files, such as .jpg and .gif files are so heavy for uploading to webserver therefore, we need to reduce the file size by zipping. and smaller file size drastically reduces file transmission time.



1. Zip a file
- To create a .zip file, after select all file, such as front.jpg & back.jpg, right-click of mouse, and then click a command on the shortcut menu, such as Add to Zip file or Add to Archive, to create "foldername.zip". Often the zip utility shortcut menu also includes a command such as Configure or Options to access the zip utility's option settings.
2. Unzip a file
- To unzip a file, right-click the file, such as "foldername.zip", and then click Extract on the shortcut menu.

Most times customers satisfy with results that are well expressed what they want. But because of there exsit wide differences on the each monitor's condition, it is unavoidable to have a slight different result. And there are different ways of displaing colors in monitor and printing.

Why printed color is different with the color I see on computer?

It is always challenging to guarantee 100% color accuracy in printing industry. Aladdinprintphil does not guarantee color will match the preview on customer's monitor, as we cannot compensate for a color variance on each customer's monitor set-up.

The color you see in your monitor is in RGB color scheme which consists of three colors; Red, Green and Blue. These are th eprimary colors of light, which computer monitors use to display images on your screen.

The color to be printed on your business card is in CMYK color scheme, which consists of four colors: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black. In full-color process printing, CMYK is the standard method of offset printing.

Therefore, a color will never be printed out to match its on-screen color. Colors vary from monitor to monitor, and different printers produce different color results.

Why my orders are being delayed?

There are several reasons for your order to be delayed or even not processed;

1. 1) Delayed payment - All orders must be prepaid due to the extremely quick turnaround times involved with our production team. If there is delayed on your payment, it will cause delay on production.

2. 2) Unexpected delay caused by malfunction of printing equipment and /or defective products found in our quality control for reprinting

3. 3) Delayed shipment caused by shipping carrier. Even if most of our shipment is quaranteed by UPS, there might have unexpected delay caused by UPS.

Your artwork should be created at 300 ppi (pixels per inch) or 300 dpi (dots per inch). If your artwork is at a lower resolution than this, the print quality may be affected.

We use the industry standard CMYK 4-color process printing, and do not print PMS or Spot color ink.

All artwork or designs and images must be provided in CMYK color mode.
 
RGB CMYK
RGB
Standards for Red, Green, Blue; the primary colors for visible light.
RGB depends on a light source to create color. Your monitor, for example, creates color by emitting light through red, green, and blue phosphors.
RGB color mode is best for your monitor but not for paper. RGB will not separate for production.

CMYK
Stands for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black; the colors used in four color process printing. CMYK is based on the light absorbing quality of ink printed on paper. Please make sure that all photos / pictures are saved as CMYK.

Color Shifts
Be sure to convert all RGB images to CMYK before submitting to avoid color shift. A Color Shift occurs when converting from RGB to CMYK.
Do not trust the colors on your monitor. For best results, convert images to CMYK and print a sample to proof. If we have to convert for you the color shift may cause unsatisfactory color quality.
